Permitted area
Vehicles can be driven throughout Goa only.
Minimum rental
Standard booking is for a minimum of two days (9 AM – 9 AM slots).
Driver eligibility
Only guests with a valid driving license may operate the vehicle.
Payment & ID
Rent and deposit are payable in full before handover. Submit one original ID (license, voter ID, or passport).
Security deposit
₹1,000 for bikes and ₹5,000 for cars (cash only) returned after vehicle inspection.
Vehicle inspection
Inspect the vehicle with our team and share a 360° video before departure.
Safety regulations
Helmets and seat belts are mandatory. Child seats are compulsory for kids; hike friole seats are not allowed.
Fuel & refuelling
Return the vehicle with the same fuel level. Additional refuelling charges apply extra fuel is non-refundable.
Traffic rules
All challans or penalties for traffic violations are the renter's responsibility.
Fraud & misuse
Any fraudulent activity invites legal action and recovery of all liabilities.
Maintenance on road
Punctures within 1 km of our station are covered; beyond that, kindly arrange local repairs and inform us.
Loss of helmets or keys
Replacement cost is chargeable for misplaced helmets or keys.
Return protocol
Call us an hour before drop-off. Late returns are charged for an additional full day.
Pick-up & drop slots
Choose convenient slots within office hours. Vehicle must be returned on or before the confirmed time.
Booking window
Bookings accepted one day prior between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM.

accommodate changes based on vehicle availability. Pre-paid
days are adjusted as per the terms communicated during

Yes, special tariffs are available for week-long and
month-long rentals. Share your itinerary and we will tailor a
package. Once agreed, you are responsible for the rent
throughout that period.
Call our emergency assistance number provided in your rental
agreement. We will guide you with roadside support, arrange a
mechanic, or dispatch a replacement vehicle. You may also
reach the nearest mechanic and inform us for quick resolution.
Late returns incur charges for the next full day as outlined
in the terms & conditions.

The price covers the vehicle, documentation, and two helmets

For cars, yes subject to prior coordination and applicable
relocation fees. Two-wheelers must be returned to our rental
center.
There is no kilometre cap. Drive freely across Goa while
staying within state borders.
Absolutely. Contact us as early as possible to check
availability. Extensions are billed at the prevailing daily
rate.
Yes. Child seats, phone mounts, coolers, and trip accessories
can be pre-booked so they are ready with your vehicle when you
arrive.
